Women’s Technology Alliance of Charlotte is a non-profit technology professional group formed in 2019 focusing on providing thought leadership, career enhancement, community support, and further empowering Women in the IT industry in Charlotte, NC.

The Board
The Board of WTAC was purposefully selected to ensure broad and diverse experience across all functions of the Technology Industry. The Leadership Team is dedicated to enable honest conversations to remove unconscious bias, make positive impacts where we work and live, and support the growth of Women's success within the Technology Industry. These leaders have a personal commitment to our communities through acts of service focusing on education, professional enablement, and access to impeded opportunities/resources.
